Hi, I'm Neda — founder of Confetti Pastry

Confetti Pastry is a family-owned, home-based bakery in Texas. I started it out of a lifelong passion for pastry and a belief I've held since growing up in Iran — that sweets bring people together in a way nothing else quite does.

I've spent years training in Persian, French, and Italian pastry technique, and I hold every batch to a standard I'm genuinely proud of. Everything is made fresh, by hand, in small batches because that's the only way I know how to do it (at least for now).

My family's support and encouragement is what gave me the confidence to share what I make with the world. This is for them, and now for you.
